Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Items Lost in Transit

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as customs delays may occasionally cause extended delivery times.
If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond our posted shipping timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll either resend the item or issue a full refund.


Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. The product must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us here.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we can provide proof of delivery including:

  • Date and time of delivery
