How will I know when my order has shipped?

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything
Occasionally, postal services mark packages as “delivered” once they reach your local post office — even if they haven't yet arrived at your home.
Please allow a few extra days for final delivery or contact your local post office directly. In many cases, they may be holding the item for you.

My package is stuck in customs — what now?
